Heart is the most important organ in our body. As we all know with proper diet, sleep and Exercise one can avoid heart conditions .

 

But even with proper diet, exercise one might still fear heart conditions or high cholestrol or hypertension. To avoid such conditions one has to give much importance on their digestive fire, keeping balance of the doshas and nourishing the tissues. In this topic we describe the impotance of what foods needs to be included and importance of sleep n exercise to maintain the balance.

 

This Ama circulates in the body gets accumulated in the blood vessels and can cause obstruction to the bloood vessels and heart.

To avoid accumulation of toxic matter in our body one should avoid certain foods and most importantly include some foods in their diet too.

 

Avoiding too heavy ,fatty, oily foods, junk foods, sweets etc

 

Include heart friendly food like gooseberry(Amla), turmeric, ginger, garlic, cumin, fenugreek seeds in your diet

Vegetables like white pumpkin, tomatoes, potatoes, drumstick, green leafy vegetable, kale, brocolli, Avacado is to be included

Chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, Almonds,oats, wholegrains are very good for maintaining heart health.

fruits like blueberry, cranberry, strawberry, raspberry, oranges, pomegranate is to be included.

Tofu helps in reducing the LDL or bad cholesterol.

Fish rich in omega 3 like Sardines, Salmon, Tuna has to be eaten often.

Dark chocalates(with 70%cocoa or more) is good to maintain the heart health.
